I got these shoes after my work told us we needed slip resistant steel toed shoes. I got these within two days (ordered them Saturday afternoon and got them Monday morning). I put them to use on Wednesday, and they were very light on my feet.The only thing I didn’t do was wear proper socks (I wore thin ones), so they were a little uncomfortable in that regard. But! This shoe is really top notch to have your feet safe at work!

Great value for the price. These steel toe work shoes are fairly light, comfortable and roomy enough for my wide foot.
There was no ‘break in’ period needed; I was able to wear them to work right out of the box.
I would recommend these for anyone working in a warehose environment (as I do) or construction environment.

**UPDATE ON REVIEW**
I did an exchange on these shoes due to ‘user order error’ and haphazardly ordered a half size too small.
SOOOOO! Shoes are STILL comfortable and very light on my feet, and also very very very slip resistant, especially when stepping into a pizza kitchen where it’s oily and wet in places. 🙂
I highly recommend these shoes, especially for working in a warehouse environment (like where I work [Costco *cough, cough*]).

I ordered these and tried them around the room, but could feel the steel rubbing against my big toe immediately, so I will be returning them. Overall they felt comfy, but I’ve learned the hard way with steel toes not to get them if they are rubbing up front. I really liked the style and the price, but my wide feet were too much. These would probably work for someone with narrow feet.

I use this product for work. This is the second pair I have purchased. My first pair lasted 4 to 5 years. They have seal toes and are slip resistant. They were very durable except for the inside around the ankle. The new pair are more stylish. The laces on the 2nd pair seem like they are going to last longer. I like the color better on the new style. The shoe is very nice, I work in a deli. These shoes are not required for my job but I feel they are a great asset in keeping me safe. A coworker of mine also bought a pair similar to mine only a different color. She liked mine. We ordered ours online.

I am a Nurse and I work 12 hr shifts in a correctional facility. Obviously, the place has concrete floors. When I wear these shoes, my feet and legs feel so much better at the end of a shift. I can go for miles! Thank you Skechers for making a darn good shoe that can endure hard, cold floors!

i wear them 6 days a week average 10 hours a day no break in period only thing i do to them is spray them with water proofing as i am a mechanic and frequently wash parts this is my 5th or 6th pair and i hope that you will continue to make them
