I have arthritis in my knees. After a day of walking in my other shoes, I can put these on and the pain is immediately reduced by at least 50%. It’s easy to walk faster because of the “springy” soles. It’s almost like walking on mini trampolines!

I walk in them 4-5 days a week about 4 miles and they are the only sneaks that stay comfortable the entire walk. I tried other brands and for walking they didn’t come close in comfort and fatigue!

As I’ve gotten older and experienced foot/arch/heel aches and pains common to old age, I gave the Max Cushioning Arch Fit – Switchboard a try. I initially purchased a gray pair and immediately realized in my first wear of the shoes that they are the most comfortable exercise shoe I’ve experienced in decades. I’ve had many (make that MANY!) other brands, often much more expensive, and I can’t recall any of those shoes being anywhere near the ‘exercise comfort’ I experience with these shoes. I appreciated the ‘feel’ of the gray pair so much that I recently purchased a black pair (no gray was available) and I’ve had the same super positive experience. I even tend to leave them on once my exercise is completed (and that is new for me) since they are flat-out super comfortable shoes.

I bought these shoes for general exercise following knee surgery. My surgeon had told me that good arch support was critical and there is no question that these shoes fit the bill. To say “Max Cushioning” seems to be almost an understatement and use of the treadmills places no shock on by body. And I should mention, I’m 73 years old.
