My normal shoe size is 9.5C/Wide, but for the treadmill I wear a 10B (or wide, if they’ve got it) in women’s Skechers (or 9med/D in men’s). I have quite a collection of Skechers because of diabetic neuropathy and have been in search of the perfect shoe for doing miles every day on the ‘mill. TAH-DAH! THIS IS IT! Wearing these is like walking on marshmallows! The foot support suits me nicely. I don’t worry about the color because I’m in the privacy of our home, but I’d wear these in public, too, just because I’m that kind of crazy ol’ lady. Anyway, I’m so sold on these shoes that I need to finish up this review so I can buy another pair …. ‘bye.

Received these on Wednesday and tried them on the elliptical Thursday. No bunion pain, no numb or tingly feet. The foot bed is soft enough to accommodate the bunion and its pressure, but firm enough to support the whole foot. The contoured heel cup is a nice touch and helps stabilize the foot from over-pronating. Much more comfortable than the Brooks or Hoka OneOne styles I tried earlier this month. I will be able to use the elliptical and treadmill with these, with minimal pain. YAY! I can put off surgery for a while longer. In fact, I’m thinking of buying another pair to have ready so I don’t go through the anguish of having to find a usable pair in another style when these wear out.

Like walking on a cloud. I bought them for a trip to Las Vegas and wore them today and the way my feet feel I can’t believe that I walked all over the Strip. I would highly recommend and will buy another pair.

I was surprised that the shoes had no arch support and the insole could not be removed to be replaced with arch support. The tongue of the shoe was only the thickness of two pieces of cloth, not nearly enough cushion for the top of the foot. The soles are very thick, but the inside didn’t feel cushioned.

I walk a lot to lose weight & has been having heal issues. I wanted to get shoes that can protect my heals. Walking is my identity, my life now, so finding the right shoes was a #1 focus. I saw these & ordered them, right away. What attracted me to these shoes was the style, color but most importantly the 2 inch cushion heals, I was like, WOW!. So when I got them through the FedEx or UPS (I forgot, lol) & I first put them on, I loved the feel, just felt perfect. It’s has been a few weeks having them, so it’s early, we’ll see how they last, but I’m very happy right now. There’s other 2 inch cushion shoes that I’ll be buying next, one is out of stock till March & will be emailed, so I can immediately buy. I’m excited for them shows I don’t even have yet. These extra cushion Skechers shoes feels wonderful & I seriously feel my heals are being protected. Nice style, feel, I recommend these shoes to my family & friends & to you.

I have been wearing the Max Cushion – 17690 for a while and find it comfortable and having excellent arch support. I was curious to see how the Max Cushion 17693 would compare. Both shoes are very well cushioned but the older version 17690 has much better arch support.

Lightweight, extremely comfortable, well-made.

I try to speed walk 5 miles a day and these shoes make it so easy! The cushion in them is awesome. No complaints from my tootsies, lol.

I LOVE this shoe! They are very very comfortable n lite weight. The inside has a thick memory foam which gives that EXTRA great comfort. I use them for every day walking and use them on trips to Disney. I wear a 10 med but l had to get a half a size smaller to a 9 1/2 med which fit perfect. They are made in fabric but really hold your foot in place. The sole is a 2inch heel but you wouldnt know it because of the comfort n ease to walk in them all day. I have arthritis in my knees and feet so these are just the best out there for anyone who suffers with pain. I will buy 2 more pairs of these to have for a very long time. I dont want to be without them. That is how grateful l am to sketchers for making such a fabulous shoe that helps relieve my pain and l am able to walk with 70% less pain. I want to add that l notice the sketchers Max Cushioning is the BEST for comfort in a shoe with much more thickness in the inside soles. I think that is why they are extremely comfortable!! You wont be sorry, go ahead with confidence n treat yourself.

I was so disappointed because I loved the look and color but wide width wasn’t wide width!!!

I’m a nurse and I’m on my feet 10 hrs a day, these sneakers are my lifesaver, they have very good support, it doesn’t hurt my feet, I highly recommend them it’s very good for walking or running.

I use it for running, it makes running much easier, both on treadmill and outdoors. The insole support makes it very comfortable. I use the wide style which is very good on my toes. Its lightweight enough that you dont feel it when running

These shoes are just amazing beautiful, and absolutely that what I always wanted! Weightless!

These shoes are the most comfortable shoes I have ever had. My Morton’s neuroma doesn’t hurt when I wear them.

I wanted to love these &, when I first put them on, the cushioned sole & arch support were heavenly. But, after wearing for one full day, the remainder of the shoe was decidedly uncomfortable. The toe box was too restrictive &, by the end of the day, my little toes were chaffed. Plus, the upper portion of my feet were also rubbed raw despite loosening the shoe laces a couple of times. While the length was fine, the overall fit disappointing. Can’t recommend this version of Sketchers. Have owned other Sketchers that were utterly comfortable; not sure why this style so disappointing. Can’t recommend.

I need wide shoes but have a small foot. Very happy with the fit of this athletic shoe. Will purchase again.

Bought these to take on vaca. My Hokas were dirty and couldn’t get them clean. These are just as comfortable and a good but less expensive. Have only worn them a week, so jury is out on if they’ll old up to wear, but so far so good.

I am an overweight, flat footed-supinationed, diabetic who has had problems with my feet for over 2 years. I needed to loose weight but due to the foot problems couldn’t exercise to loose the weight. Doctors have been no help what so ever! I purchased these shoes in an attempt to be able to stay on my feet longer. I wore these yesterday ( Brand new out of the box) and I was on my feet all day without any foot or knee pain! These shoes are a miracle for me!! Thank You Sketchers for Giving me my mobility back!!!

These are great shoes with lots of cushioned support. I have arthritis in my big toe, a history of plantar fasciitis and it’s hard to find something that is comfortable and keeps the heel and arch pain at bay. This shoe fits the bill. Wide enough toe box to give my toes room and great heel support. Arch support is moderate. I bought a pair in navy as well.

I think I have found the one shoe that can sustain 60 hours of work a week as an RN. Although I do have to replace them very 4 months. Don’t ever stop producing these shoes. Up until this find I went thru shoes every month including Hokas.

This shoe is great for cushioning. Feels good when walking. Good Quality & flexibility. I just wish Skechers had more selection of wide (D width) shoes with cushioning AND arch support.
Sandy –
They really help me in my struggle with plantar fasciitis. The go well with my clothes and I don’t get nearly as tired at work, where I spend most of my day on my feet.
Barb –
I do a lot of walking. These shoes are cushioned and supportive. My feet do not hurt after a 4 mile walk. I am in my 70’s so cushioning is important for my joints.
