I originally ordered my size in an 8 which was too small, sent those back,ordered a whole size up. Got those & those were to big, so i ordered an 8.5 which seems to be just right. After 3 tries…I finally got it right. Zappos was quick with the return process and exchange. Thanks Zappos!

I am a picker at Carhart they hurt my feet so much I cried had to buy a different pair shoes the shoes are not made for walking a lot at all. It was a waste of money to buy the shoes

I bought a pair of these locally in an 8Wide. They felt great but were a bit too loose. had to wear thick socks and lace them tight but they still slipped a bit when I walk up hills. So I ordered a pair in 8M, thinking they would fit just right. At first, they felt a bit snug, but I thought they would feel better after a bit. I wore them around the house for about an hour and my feet began to ache. The insoles are not as soft as the wides and the toe box is just too narrow for a medium fit. It felt like the toe of the shoe was pressing down on my big toe, although the shoes were not too short. I compared them. They are exactly the same length, but the mediums are really much narrower. Too bad. These are cute shoes with a nice thick sole and the wides have great cushioning and support.

I had an old pair of Nike, and needed new shoes. Was looking for style, like old school shoes. Only Skechers had the looks I wanted. So many cool ones, I had to choose all 4 I liked

I have several issues with my feet, surgeries, Arthritis, and so on. I also wear orthotics to include foot/ankle sleeves/wraps. These shoes and one other type of Skechers are the only ones that DO NOT HURT MY FEET! Believe me I have tried many, many, different types of shoes to include the special orthopedic shoes that cost a fortune. I just hope that if Skechers decides to discontinue this style they give some type of notice. For me when my feet hurt I am miserable, all day!

I wear a size 6.5 and needed a 7, Zappos are amazing, truly the top of their game in customer service!! exchanged and handled the exchange with excellent service!! All companies in America should use this as the Bar for how they handle their customers!! I will always but my shoes through Zappos!! Truly this is not a big problem they are shoes, but Zappos handled it as if it was the biggest problem!! Thank you so much what a refresher in what customer service is about!!!!!

i loved how these sneakers looked but the toe box is just too narrow for my foot. I usually wear a size 6 wide but it must have a wide toe box so my toes can move and not be smashed together. So sorry.

I usually take a 7 1/2 but I thought that I should take a 8 as I am usually another size larger in the width. They fit perfectly!! Thanks so much for making this great item. Arrived very quickly! Very Pleased!!

The black and white looked awful on me, I’m not easy to please but others worked out did exchange returned and Zappos CS always great though ! I disagree I did not have to size up. The fit is true – I hope to see more styles soon and love the height of D’Lites – please keep in stock in solid colors

this is my second pair of D lites. I love them. They fit great the first time you put them on, no pinching rubbing or tightness anywhere I walk 5 miles a day for exercise and then just walking during a normal day. I wore my first pair out aftert a year of walking with them. cant say enough good about them

I had to level up .5 size and width from my usual size. The shoes are shorter than usual and I need extra room due to pain. I have to add extra cush for arch and neuro pain from plantar fasciitis. I put a lot of mileage on shoes and these are great for power walking. The subtle glitter inserts built into the shoe add extra fabulous and sparkle when they glisten in the sun as I’m hiking. Nice forward-thinking by including an extra set of laces of a different color.
