I was skeptical when I first tried this style on. But after wearing them for an entire day, I had significantly less pain in my back, hip and knees. FYI, I have had 5 knee surgeries – 1 on the left and 4 on the right, flat feet from birth and problems with my lower back and right hip. I have a closet full of Earth shoes, but this is the first shoe that made it easy to walk and nearly eliminated the pain in my feet and ankles. I ordered a 9.5M/B which is my usual size and the fit was spot on. It is neither too loose nor too tight. I’m looking for more Arch Fit Sketchers on Zappos website immediately after writing this review! I wasn’t a believer but I am now!

I’d like to exchange a size, but wasn’t able to. The brand used to be able to exchange the product for customer for online purchase. Now, it only allows free return either by mail or to the store. I wanted to buy a size up, but it will cost me another shipping fee. I haven’t made up my mind yet.

These shoes are perfect, right out of the box. The slide on easily and stay on your feet without laces or any bungee-style gimmicks. The arch support is right where it should be, an excellent fit. I tried these on and haven’t taken them off yet. I think I’ll wear them all day.

Your product we are sending back, the shoe is supposed to be arch fit , but there is basically no arch fit at all compared to your regular line of walking arch fit ! Very disappointed in the shoe and how you advertise it to be an arch fit shoe !

When is not too sure when I bought them as I bought them but from the day I got them I have been wearing them and often as possible I wore them after a snowfall and even with the minutest amount of snow that’s on the ground they were great to walk in

I really wanted to love these! They were comfortable and a stylish alternative to supportive sneakers. However, the fit was a bit awkward. I tried both an 8 and 8.5 because one foot was too tight, but sizing up did not help. If they had both fit like the left shoe, they would have been fantastic!
