I purchased this for my daughter to wear to school. The shoe stopped lighting up after wearing for 2 days. Customer service has a very long wait time and I have not received my call back as prompted in the cue.

Let me first say that these shoes are absolutely adorable But my daughters grandparents bought these shoes for her and the very first day she went to preschool (3 hour day) by the time I picked her up both lights stopped working and one of the butterflies fell off. We contacted customer service, sent the shoes back and received a new pair. She wore them for the first time yesterday and within an hour one of the shoes no longer lights up. Between my 3 girls, we’ve owned tons of Sketchers and Twinkle Toes, these sadly aren’t the same quality. While they are super cute, I definitely don’t recommend these shoes.
