My very active 4 year old loves the look & feel of these. The footbed does seem really comfy. Even the clouds & rainbow motif is nice and not totally over the top looking (uh, this is obviously in the context of 4-year-old girl world). My only issue with them is that the lights are *very* bright. I wish the light up part was a tad more muted. But overall she loves them and can run her tail off in them so it’s all good.

Bought these for my 5 yr old granddaughter who absolutely loves them. She says they are very comfortable and likes the rainbow lights. They are new so can’t remark on durability although I have bought her Skechers in the past and they have lasted her school year with no problem. Skechers are the only brand I buy her now. I know from experience with my own Skechers how comfortable a sneaker they are.
