Light up shoes are always the best for kids that like to wonder off. The shoes may make him faster but at least I can still see him from a distance.
Lightning B –
He loves them, but seems the quality is a little wanting. The tongue was a little frayed

The lights stopped working after 2 weeks of wearing them.

I got these against my better judgment because my little guy really wanted light up shoes. He suppoinates/underpronates and needs supportive shoes. These provided the appropriate support for about 2 days before he started walking funny–I’m guessing they have cheap cushioning that deteriorates quickly. It’s now so bad that he limps when wearing them. I’ve had to take them away. The sole has also worn down ridiculously fast.
To top it all off, the light up shoes feature that lured me in isn’t even any good. One shoe quit lighting up after 2 wears. Back to boring, ugly, sturdy New Balance shoes we go.

Just started wearing them, had to exchange for a larger size, feet grew more than anticipated This is the pair he chose online was was delighted when he put them on. LOVES THE LIGHT UPS!

Hard to get it much information from an excited 5 year old, but my little guy loves them and they seem to be made pretty well. We’ll see how long they last, but so far so good.
Nicole –
Kid got them out to wear them the first time for the first day of school yesterday. Left shoe doesn’t light up no matter how hard he stomps. So, if you want a disappointed 9 year old, buy these. 🙁

Bought my little one these light up shoes 08/10/22 the left shoe already stopped lighting up. It’s only 08/15/22. The shoes were not cheap and I feel like these shoes need to last longer.

The decorative lightening bolts don’t stay on after just a day. Very disappointing.
