i only used the shoes twice and both times i got blisters. i wore socks, and that did not protect my ankle. i put them in the trash. Now i am saving to buy real comfortable shoes. Do not buy this product.

These shoes are comfortable and look great. I returned the first pair of navy for grey a size larger to allow for swelling after a long days hike and two thin pair of socks. unfortunately the toe guard began to come unglued after 3 hikes. I am still considering whether to return or fix them myself, because i do like them. perhaps its a stretch calling them “hikers”.

I love these! I ordered my normal size 9 and they fit perfectly. Also very cute and comfortable. We went on an easy 4 mile hike and they were great. It was lightly raining but no water got through. Great purchase!

I’ve been loyal Skechers customer and all sport and casual shoes I’ve bought in last 15 years are Skechers but this pair is the worst pair I’ve ever bought. Started falling apart after wearing it only 3-4 times. According to return policy I can’t return because they were worn and don’t have original package. Very disappointed.

Wear this product to work during 12 hour nursing shifts where I am on my feet the majority of the day. I alternate daily with another pair of shoes that are comfortable. I notice that a good percentage of my coworkers and my patients wear this brand and hardly any two pair are alike. My feet will sometimes swell a little during the day and that’s the only time I feel that they are tight. But I don’t notice this until the end of the day.

The shoe was so light! And I loved the grippy sole configuration — I bought them hoping to use them on moderate hiking trails. These shoes were my third try at finding shoes with a more aggressive sole, yet not so ultra wide as I have found many women’s hiking shoes to run. So … after all that, why did I return them? Only one reason: they were actually TOO comfy, being slip-on without a more solid upper foot and arch-top support that I get from traditional “tongue and tie” laced shoes. I need a sturdier foot support. These would be perfect side-walk walkers for the active user who has stronger ankles, and isn’t so much into “off-roading” with her foot gear.

My feet are a bit wide across the instep, so I usually buy Skechers Relaxed Fit styles. I wasn’t expecting the Topanga to fit comfortably and am delighted that it does. The shoe feels allover slightly snug in my normal size, but Skechers always relax a bit with wearing. I love this style and Olive color combo. Don’t know how they perform for hiking; I wear them for everyday shoes

Everything about this shoe is good. I ordered two different ones and needed to return one of them. Although I loved this shoe what made the decision to return it was the fact it was difficult to put on. I have a high instep and this was the problem. Once I had the shoe on it was very comfortable and had a hard time not keeping it. For a walking/hiking shoe is looked very stylish. Loved it but had to return.

Great slip-on sneaker. Perfect for walking the dog around the neighborhood and great for a hike. Fits great for now, but will need 1/2 size larger for colder weather and heavier socks.

I wear them with casual and dressy outfits, even to Church. Such jeans, casual dresses, skirts and shorts. They are comfortable, but a little hard to get on and very tight. I need a size 11.5 wide probably, due my feet swelling. And I have to wear thin compression socks. Also, I really like the slip-in. I get a lot of compliments when I wear them.

Stylish and I love the bungee laces. They were a bit stiff at first but a couple of wears fixed it. I usually wear 5 1/2 but 6 fit me. I have a high arch and noticed that another review mentioned the same.
