Outdoor wear, especially on uneven ground, will be how I plan to use these boots. I like the tread and the ankle support. These boots appear to need more break-in time than any of my other Sketchers. They seem to be very durable for outdoor use.

I walk a lot – around town, along walking trails, and in the woods. I’d estimate at least 5 to 10 miles per day. I just passed 70, and the older I get, the more sensitive my feet seem to be. The arch support and memory foam are very comfortable, and the boot design helps stabilize my ankles. The shoes required very little break-in. I’ve had my Skechers for about 3 weeks now and they seeem to be holding up well.

Went for a Scout hike, and my feet felt comfy and supported the entire time. These boots definitely handled a mild trail hike with no problems. I took the precaution of breaking them in first, but didn’t need to. First boots I’ve worn that my toes didn’t feel squeezed in.
