I purchased a pair of Skechers Classic Fit Porter – Vamen to wear indoors as slippers that would provide cushioning on the tile floors of my home. My usual size 10.5 US fits perfectly. The style allows me to slip them on and off easily without having to bend down or sit. They are replacing a pair of New Balance slip ons that also were comfortable. However, after 2 years the New Balance developed holes where my large toes poked through and I expect the leather Skechers to be more durable. Time will tell. Also the Skechers look better to me than sneakers for indoor wear.

Got these for the boyf when other shoes gave his ankles blisters. We needed a shoe for him to walk around NYC in. He likes them – they’re comfy and stylish. The only tough part he says, is that it’s a little wonky getting used to walking in mules – just more work for the foot and he says his calves got a little sore. All in all though, a useful piece of footwear.

Really debated on getting a backless shoe since I’ve never liked the feel of flopping shoes but needed something easy to slip into without bending over because of my bad back. My wife makes me wear an “inside” shoe and I’m in and out several times a day. These shoes fit the bill perfectly. Very comfortable as well although I’m still getting use to wearing a shoe with no back support.Wouldn’t want to try to run in these shoes but it beats leaning over to put them on. Very satisfied overall.

Worst shoes I ever bought. They fit but constantly fall off my feet. I’ve worn clog style shoes before never experienced such a poorly designed shoe.

I was excited for these to arrive since my Crocs are well past their Best By date…
My intention was to use these Skechers as slippers/house shoes,so I was not expecting much from them.
What I was not expecting was for them to lack any kind of support; as a result these are incredibly uncomfortable.
The soles were easily felt through the foam insoles out of the box; I can imagine what happens after a few months of regular wear.
It took only several minutes of wearing these in stockinged feet on newly installed carpeting for both my feet and back to hurt, and to decide that these would be returned.
Would not recommend.

Nice shoe. Unfortunately the insole is attached through to the edges so cannot be elegantly replaced. Toe bed wore through within a few months of use. Tried replacing the insole, but just didn’t feel right.

Quite honestly I bought these because I am lazy. Too lazy to be bothered with laces when I put on sneakers to bring the trash out or to get the mail. Just slip them on and off. Genius !
