Something is different about these. I have six other pairs of Sketchers and have always worn the same size. I returned them for a size smaller, but they just don’t fit my feet correctly. My foot slides around inside the shoe and I have sore spots on the bottom of my feet because of the movement. I walk on concrete all day and my feet hurt by the end of the day. I have resorted to adding an additional insole to try and make them more comfortable. It seems to have helped, but that shouldn’t be necessary. My first pair of Sketchers that I have been disappointed with.

Not good. Wears out in 2 weeks. Top area of toe wears out fast, it collapses and looses its shape. The tread is weak and wears off fast. They look good brand new but not worth the money. Very cheap construction. Do not buy!

I bought these boots to wear to work with khakis. They look good, they’re comfortable, and they’re good boots for the price. I think the leather will look good with age. The sole is made of soft comfortable foam, but it has rubber tread along the bottom, which should help it to last longer, instead of wearing out quickly. Shoe laces aren’t the best quality, but that’s my only complaint.

You want a sweet pair of black “work” boots? These are it!
Of course there is a break in period, and it’s longer if you don’t normally wear mid or high ankle shoes. But I’ve been looking for a black boot that is both “industrial” in appearance, yet still extremely comfortable. I found it with these.
One thing I’d note, if you wear wide shoes, get wide width. If I were to order again, I’d drop a half size because I got used to ordering a little longer to accommodate my wide feet. These are true wide width and you don’t need that extra bit of length.

Extremely comfortable and fit well. Skechers aren’t known for their longevity but if you have a good shoe collection this is a really nice pair to put in the rotation. Especially if you catch them on a sale price.

Initial thoughts of these boots were great. Wore these boots for 20-30 minutes in a Skechers Outlet Store in Kentucky. They felt great! What I have found. Is were the dark and light tan leather come together on the Achilles heal of the boot. There is a rough seam inside the boot. By the end of the day. The first thing I want to do is get these dang boots off my feet. I keep hoping they will break in. But after 6 weeks I don’t think it will happen. I have also found the left boot is not true to size with the right boot. This has never been a problem before with purchasing shoes. Keep in mind I have a summer pair of Skechers that I love ! I was hoping this luck would carry over to some boots.

I’m an auto technician. These are light weight and all day comfort,buying a 2nd pair. They run larger I wear size 11 but had to buy size 10.

I drive for UPS and I average walking 13 miles a day. I’ve tried expensive hiking boots and walking shoes and these are the only ones that are comfortable and LAST!!! I only have to but new shoes two-three time a year with these when the $150 hiking shoes/boots only last a month or two. These save my feet

Finally! My hard working, tough as nails husband has the feet of a princess. Over our 37 year marriage I have bought every brand work boot on the market, extremely high end to discount store brand. Some brands he couldn’t even wear until noon. Always the same result, aching feet, leg aches that keep him up at night. My husband has broad, flat feet with fat pad atrophy. He works long shifts, on his feet, on hard concrete floors. His feet were always hurting. We tried so many different kinds of boots, and they either weren’t comfortable, or they fell apart really fast. We both really like Skechers sneakers, so we decided to give the Relaxed Fit: Segment – Garnet a try. It’s great that they come in EW width or he wouldn’t be able to wear them. So far, after about 3 weeks, they’re great. His feet haven’t felt this good in years. He wears his cushy inserts in them and isn’t kept awake at night with hurting feet. The only thing that concerns me is they look like they’re 5 years old after 3 weeks. The soles look ok, but the leather is getting beat up. I understand that these aren’t meant to be work boots, so I give them latitude, but it’s not even been a month yet, so they may not last. I hope they do, though, because they are the ONLY boots that are helping him.

For most brands, I am a size 12 mens. The 12 in these were a little too big and loose to walk in, but after trying the 11.5, these are too comfortable to be called boots. Rugged, masculine look. +++
